Oct 22, 2019 · If you’re using Cisco’s IPSEC VPN client, you can fix many errors simply by uninstalling Citrix DNE Updater. After uninstalling this tool, download and install SonicWall VPN 64-bit Client from Dell. After doing that, the issue with VPN should be completely resolved.

When the services list appears check for the "Norton Secure VPN" setting as set to "automatic" on the right side. Per my screenshot, mine is set to manual and the VPN will not start. If its set to manual, change it and reboot. Recheck your VPN status. Oct 22, 2017 · Here's an update of what I've found out so far regarding the use of services.msc to restart AVG Secure VPN: After launching services.msc as an administrator, I can turn on AVG Secure VPN when I am in the Guest account (BTW, before trying to launch services.msc, I need to make sure that the AVG Secure VPN icon is in the system tray, or things don't work).

The December 2019 update broke the app - it will connect to a remote VPN server but the network is disabled. I would give 5 stars if it allowed me to choose the VPN access gateway (my company has multiple global gateways to the same VPN DNS and sometimes it falls back to one a bit further away than the local gateway).
